Yahoo! News - Cable companies want a way to win with online TV by AP: Yahoo! Tech: "Wary of the growing number of consumers watching TV shows online for free — and yet reluctant to upset viewers by yanking shows from the Internet — the nation's largest cable operators are in talks with media conglomerates to take back control. They would create a platform to release cable TV shows online, but exclusively for paying subscribers.

Simply because you are a paperless journal and give your news away as a free service to the community, The laws that were applied previous to the Internet excludes you from participation's in revenues generated by this law, unless you have a newspaper that adds a web site then the laws provide them with an unfair business advantage. We have adopted the same code of ethics as that of theSociety of Professional Journalists
